Like RPG Maker, WOLF RPG Editor is a program used to make RPGs. However, it differs in that it is free and according to some people, it is a little more difficult to use.
You can usually tell when a game is made in WOLF RPG Editor because the game will usually default to running in windowed mode, and you can make the window bigger or smaller. However, if you want to make it full screen, you have to open the "config" file in the game's folder and tell it to open in full screen. The game's save files are also sorted onto separate pages, and you can usually have up to 20 saves. It will also show your total playtime.
